BUSINESS VISITOR VISA

The Business Visitor Visa enables business people to visit Australia for up to three months to conduct business, attend conferences, negotiations or exploring potential business opportunities. This visa does not entitle you to work as an employee of an Australian company & it cannot be extended in Australia.

You can apply for a single or multiple-entry visa & in over 30 countries, you can obtain this visa at the same time you purchase an airline ticket. Just request the Business Electronic Travel Authority (ETA). The ETA is an electronic visa that replaces the visa label or stamp in a passport and removes the need for application forms.

If you need to stay longer than 3 months in Australia for business or employment reasons, then click on one of the links on the left for visas valid for between three months and up to four years. If you do not hold one of the passports listed below, then please contact our office to apply for a 3 month Business Visitor Visa.

If you are the holder of one of the following passports, then you can apply for a Business Visitor Visa (ETA) over the internet. Please note that you are only eligible to apply for an ETA while you are outside of Australia.
